Palatine lied in wavered grand jury testimony. The mayor's brother got me to sign the waver, meeting supreme court justice Anne Burke, attorney general, Madigan and cook county states attorney Alvarez and Devine approval along with 5'500 plus others. This also met State senator's Durbin, Obama and Burris approval. I contacted all senators. I hired 5 lawyers, No one cares. 5 years later, how many similar events occurred, by this one cop? 2 cops? 3 cops? A entire police force? Every department in the entire village? Every village, every cop in the county? Every county in the State? Every state in the United States?

My lawyer was a judge Scotillo's law bar president. The judge ruled his x bar president, mayors brother, incompetent. Must have been part of the game. To look look important. If the judge rules a lawyer incompetent (before the trial began), I would think, I should have the right to get a lawyer that was competent. But it don't work that way, it's all a game playedon saps like you and me.

The office of the Cook County States attorney's office (Dick Devine), prosecutor Chandra and co prosecutor Andre, new before hand, the cops testimony was perjury and the police report was false. Did they all lie and mis led the grand jury?

I hired, lawyer # 1, (x president of the judges law bar, mayors brother), lawyer # 2 (governor of the judges law bar), lawyer #3 (maybe he is not a governor?), Lawyers # 4 and 5 (to do the appeal), lawyer # 6. None of them could tell Scotillo nor the mayors brother, nor the prosecutor, nor the cop, that they have made a mockery out of the criminal justice system. Or say, they should be ashamed of them selfs. They created a "you owe me" Scotillo. BesidesAlveraz is the matriarch of the Chicago bar and Scatillo's wife the matriarch of her law bar. If the judge tells you to threw a case or your not going to practice law, I guess a sleaze ball lawyer, has to obey.

The cops were high on drugs during court, or plain & simple, knew there were no penalties for his criminal conduct. The appellate court praised Scotillo for praising a cop (Wenrich) that lied to his face...... who's the fool?

The cop didn't know the color of my car, the road he's on, the town he's in, higher than a kite. All the other cops went along with it. Hunter was sitting right next to him (top state DUI cop, but could not tell Wenrich was tripping out of his mind, the surveillance video should prove this (I told Tatooles, but he didn't care). The shift commander? is now the Chief of Inverness. The chief I think was the one who's kid torturedsome one, into a false confession with Alveraz, Madigan, the mayor, village council, council of the council, village manager approval, shoot, it seems with every ones approval. I think email about a cover-up and obstruction of justice adds federal crimes, to the whole mix. But then, I contacted theFBI, they don't care also.

The Palatine Police must have arrested 20,000 or more, people since my arrest. Lisa Madigan has turned her office to a platform of special interests where criminals are free and innocents are deprived of their rights. In her website is a list of cases she has prosecuted since in office. How wonderful would this have been if that list contained Carol Spizzirri and Jon Burge. Have you ever heard of Jon Burge? No?
Here are the facts surrounding him: during 1972-1991 Jon Burge and his officers arrested and tortured around 135 African-Americans at Area 2 police headquarters. Various authorities have confirmed that torturous methods, similar to those used against terrorists, were common practice. They consisted of electro-shocks to ears and genitalia, suffocation, beatings, burnings. In 1983, The Chicago Police Board found Jon Burge guilty of violating department rules and he was ultimately fired. Yet, Lisa Madigan ignored this. A special prosecutor report filed in July 19th 2006, further confirmed that there was strong evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Jon Burge and his officers committed immoral acts against the African-American defendants, Lisa Madigan remained unmoved. She kept the file dormant for 3 years in her office. In July 10th 2007, the Cook County Board passed Resolution 07-R-290 urging Lisa Madigan to initiate hearings. Lisa Madigan was busy pursuing a computer tampering case that had no evidence . Worst, in June 2009, she asked Chief Judge Paul Biebel to be excused from prosecuting Jon Burge to everyone's dismay. A critical mind might wonder why an Attorney General runs away from such an evidence-rich case?

Well, if anything, Lisa Madigan is not a hypocrite. Thanks God. How could she have prosecuted Jon Burge when in Annabel's case she based her whole strategy on coercing a confession? When she failed to do so, she didn't have ANYevidence in the preliminary hearing and the case was dismissed. But this didn't stop her zeal. The court transcript was ultimately altered and exactly a week later, Annabel was indicted in Chicago based on misleading statements and false documents presented by a pathological liar who happens to be her business partner. Moreover, how could she have possibly prosecuted Jon Burge when she used most of her resources to prosecute Annabel, from conducting Grand Jury hearings, to filing subpoenas, to research Annabel's background, while falling shy of putting under oath the shoplifter, child abuser and schizophrenic liar who happens to be her friend. Too busy at helping her friend reinvent herself in another scam aiming at creating computer laws in Illinois in partnership with the Attorney General Office. Finally, too preoccupied to cast away the suspicion regarding a strange donation made by the Attorney General Office to Save A Life Foundation. Why is Lisa Madigan so stubborn in prosecuting Annabel against all facts? Is this due to the facts that Lisa Madigan is somehow afraid of Carol revealing unpleasant and damaging information? Or, is this due to the fact that she just doesn't care to uphold Justice when the victims belong to a certain race and a certain class?

Have you ever watched the movie “Les Miserables”? If not, it's a French movie portraying 16th century French empire. In the movie, the mere fact of being poor and belonging to a lower class made one subject to prosecution. Maybe that's the same system Lisa Madigan tries to implement in Illinois. What does she know about sufferings? Has she ever flirted with poverty or material anxiety? Wonder how she will pay the bills at the end of the month? Certainly not. If so, then don't ask her to stand for poor victims who threaten her ambition of becoming Illinois' governor. She will certainly do anything to be politically right and safe. She will do anything to achieve that goal even if it means preventing the Burges and Spizzirris from prosecution. Not being a 'miserable' , she's a noble in her own right, a person disconnected for the real world and its needs, its demands and sufferings. Is this the kind of Attorney General Illinois needs for the next 6 years? An ambitious, un-caring, disconnected, un-concerned person too busy to protect a gestapo-like Justice System profiting the riches and well-connected, while despising and prosecuting the less fortunates? If the answer is NO, then Lisa Madigan should not be re-elected. It's an abomination of Justice when the very person that is supposed to uphold the Law used the responsibilities entrusted to her to stand for liars, corrupts politicians, torturers and tax cheats.

In October 2006, Annabel was charged with destroying SALF's files, among them financial records. Those charges were entirely based on claims made by SALF's founder/president Carol J. Spizzirri of Grayslake, IL. According to multiple news reports, Spizzirri has a history of serious fabrications, including the false claim that she is a Registered Nurse; that she worked as a renal transplant nurse in a Milwaukee hospital; and that she earned a BSN degree from a Wisconsin college whose name she misspelled on her CV. According to a recent sworn affidavit, in 1985 a Milwaukee court-ordered psychologist, Dr. Burton S. Silberglitt, diagnosed Spizzirri as "paranoid schizophrenic."

Nevertheless, based on Spizzirri's word, the offices of Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and the Cook County Prosecutor have indicted her. Facts indicate they have done so in order to cover-up SALF's longstanding relationships with powerful political cronies and funders. These include Attorney General Madigan and her father Mike Madigan, longtime IL House of Representatives Speaker of the House and Chairman of the Democratic Party of Illinois.

After more than three years of such legal harassment, this site was launched in an attempt to bring public attention to this abuse of the legal system. Illinois taxpayers may wonder why the state's top law enforcement officer and Cook County Prosecutor Anita Alvarez are expending so much time and public money to prosecute this trumped-up case against her rather than investigate what happened to the millions of tax dollars that went to the Save-A-Life Foundation.
